Austin Mayberry is the CTO of EQL Games and has been developing software for over 35 years since he first learned to write simple programs from his father at the age of 6. He has spent his career evaluating, developing, and implementing technology in industries as diverse as healthcare, financial services, marketing, gaming, and social media.

KIMBERLY SPALDING

Kim is the CFO of EQL Games and has over 20 years of finance and operations experience in start-ups and early stage companies. Kim started out in public accounting in the Entrepreneurial Services Group of Ernst & Young, and has since been involved as an accountant and CFO with several early stage, high-growth companies.

Jim Acton

Nearly two decades at Scientific Games, the Massachusetts Lottery and his own lottery consulting firm has provided Jim with an extensive portfolio of successful gaming industry ventures. Jim is one of the creators of the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year promotion on ABC's New Year’s Rockin’ Eve broadcast.
