Lottoplay Debuts with First eInstant Launch, Vegas Xtra Plays, through the DC Lottery and Powered by EQL Games
Washington, D.C. – July 1, 2026 – Lottoplay today announced that the DC Lottery has launched Vegas Xtra Plays, the company’s first eInstant game. It marks Lottoplay’s commercial debut and an important milestone reached less than a year after its founding.
The launch is powered through Lottoplay’s partnership with EQL Games, a leading distributor of iLottery content across North America.
