Austin Mayberry is the CTO of EQL Games and has been developing software for over 35 years since he first learned to write simple programs from his father at the age of 6. He has spent his career evaluating, developing, and implementing technology in industries as diverse as healthcare, financial services, marketing, gaming, and social media.

Jim Acton

SVP of Business Dev

EQL Games' SVP of Business Development, Jim Acton has more than two decades of experience in the worldwide lottery industry. His experience includes management position at Scientific Games, the Massachusetts Lottery. He also started a lottery consulting firm which included the NFL as a client. Jim was one of the creators of the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year promotion on ABC's New Year’s Rockin’ Eve broadcast.

Shaun Rebello, Vice President of Product at EQL Games, has worked in games for over 20 years. Shaun has developed top grossing mobile, social casino and web3 products with a data-informed approach, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless drive to make every game the absolute best in its class.

Zac Strickler

Games Portfolio Manager

Zac served as a director of all iLottery operations for Michigan Lottery, including overseeing all aspects of digital games. Prior to that he managed digital products for the iLottery website, mobile apps, and payments. Zac is excited to combine his learning from within lottery, gaming, business, education, and administration to drive best results for EQL.

Becka McFarland, Game Producer, brings 13 years of lottery and casino gaming industry experience to EQL Games . Her career so far has included game production, product management, corporate strategy, and marketing. Her passion lies in generating revenue for educational programs through the creation of fun and innovative iLottery games.

Randy Strause

Director of Finance

As EQL Games’ Director of Finance, Randy brings experience working as a fractional CFO for over 10 growth stage companies. He has assisted extensively with fundraising, M&A transactions, FP&A functions, and strategic planning for early-stage companies. He is also a licensed attorney in Kentucky, bringing a unique perspective to the financial and regulatory components of the business.

Account Manager at EQL Games, Katie brings well-roundness in extensive experience in food and beverage as well as sporting industries which elevates her ability to execute opportunities with positive outlook to consistently exceed expectations going forward with clients.

Chris Bunch

Chris has worked as an account manager for the last three years previously for a trade show company taking care of setting up various events and conferences. He has also worked extensively in the sports world which allows him to understand the fast paced environment that happens in the lottery space. Chris always has a client focused mindset and makes sure that there is a strong relationship between him and his clients at all times.

Travis joins EQL Games to enhance backend system development with his expertise in coding, infrastructure, and integrations. With experience spanning large corporations to startups—and industries ranging from government programs and healthcare to vehicle rental software—he brings a versatile skill set to the team. In his personal time, he enjoys programming, whether it's modding games or creating game-save editors.

Anastasiia, Game Artist, brings extensive game development experience to EQL Games. She has worked on over 13 titles, creating high-quality visuals and contributing to the overall artistic style of each project. Anastasiia is passionate about crafting engaging, polished artwork that enhances the player experience and will help raise the visual standard of iGaming products.

Lindsay has worked in the iLottery industry for over 10 years, gaining experience across various aspects of lottery operations. She began her career in QA for printed tickets and later transitioned into digital game production. Now, as EQL’s Senior QA Engineer, she continues to focus on the delivery of eInstant games for lotteries, ensuring they meet customer requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
